Q: After the productions (photo/video shoot), when can we obtain the results?
A: Our normal service is 2 working weeks for photography items, and for video result it depend on the complexity of the agreed objective. If you want to have the results faster, there will be additional service fee for this service.
Q: Are you qualified for assignment at hazardous working area, such as: offshore drilling rig/platfom, sea vessel, aerial, manufacturing facilities, etc.?
A: Yes. We have extensive hands-on-working experiences at such working locations. We also have valid BOSIET (Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training) and HUET (Helicopter Underwater Escape Training) certificates.
Q: Can you also do editing and retouching on your photos results?
A: It will be upon your request, but yes we could assist you as well.
Q: Does your prices include applicable tax?
A: No.
Q: How many person you have on your team on the assignment?
A: It will depend to the assignment. Usually our team consist of 3 (minimum) to 6 (maximum) person.
Q: For direct client, can you advise us any layout recommendation?
A: Yes. We could help you with some additional fee and based on the briefing you give us.
Q: For out-of-town assigment, does your cost is also cover, F&B costs, transportation, visa, accommodation?
A: No. We doesn’t put non-photographic/non-videographic component within our price (F&B costs, transportation, visa, accommodation). We would prefer you to provide the above requirement as needed. The reason is because we would like to concentrate to the assignment from you, and to serve you with the best result.
Q: What digital specification file do we obtain?
A: File TIFF (RGB), size 25 cm proportional, resolution of 300 dpi.
Q: Do you also take pictures of event/ceremonial?
A: Our focus is mainly for all the industrial and corporate photography/videography. But if you would like us to provide our services for your internal event, please liaise with us first.
Q: How do I select the best photographer for my project?
A: Most commercial photographers have areas of specialization, so make sure that whomever you use has the experience, skill and equipment for the particular task at hand. A professional will tell you if they are not the right person for your assignment.

Q: Who owns the copyright to my project’s photographs?
A: Under the Republic of Indonesia copyright law, as creator of the images; the photographer own the copyright in any images they make and the usual practice is to license the use of the pictures to you as the client by agreement.
